Quincy Man Raped and Beat Elderly Asian Woman So Hard Her Dentures Fell Out

November 26, 2022

QUINCY, MA—New details are emerging about the horrific rape and kidnapping of a 64-year-old Asian woman at the Wollaston MBTA station in Quincy, Massachusetts.

Christian Lynch, 26, is being held without bail after a judge found him to be too dangerous to be released and prosecutors said he tried to cover up the crime.

“He beat her to the point where her dentures fell out. He then handcuffed both her wrists and her feet and duct-taped her mouth,” Assistant DA Beth McLaughlin of Norfolk County told the judge.

On Wednesday, prosecutors said Lynch went shopping for cleaning supplies and a new mattress after he repeatedly raped and strangled the elderly Asian woman for 11 hours before he was arrested.

Authorities are still searching for the other Asian woman Lynch is accused of trying to kidnap before kidnapping the 64-year-old a little after 7 a.m., November 12. The elderly woman was on her way to work.

At around 6:00 p.m., the victim was driven to a Lowe’s parking lot at Brockton’s Westgate Mall and “released.” The victim was able to flag down a passerby, who then contacted the police.

During interrogation, Lynch admitted to kidnapping the woman because he was tired of “swiping on dating apps” and also stated the encounter was consensual.

“He bear-hugs her, picks her up off the ground, walks her to the backseat of his car, and throws her into the car,” McLaughlin said.

Lynch will be charged with rape, kidnapping, strangulation, assault and battery on a person aged 60 or older. He will also be charged with attempted kidnapping and assault with the intent to rape in connection with the prior attack. He is also being charged for exposing himself to a woman near the Nickerson Rock walking trails last month.
