Studio Ghibli Releases Free Wallpapers for Video Calls

Many people around the world are working at home because of the COVID-19 outbreak. Studio Ghibli, the studio that brought you movies like Kiki’s Delivery Service, Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, and countless other classics have released free wallpapers to download, according to SoraNews24.

This move comes after the studio surprised everyone by allowing a good portion of their movie library to be released on Netflix. Ghibli explains their wallpapers are meant to be used as backgrounds during video calls and chats.

The eight wallpapers released are from the movies:

Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind

Laputa: Castle in the Sky

Princess Mononoke

Spirited Away

The Tale of the Princess Kaguya

Howl’s Moving Castle

Ponyo

The Secret World of Arrietty
