Caught in the Act: 3 Men Ransack Restaurants in Koreatown

April 2, 2020

The LAPD is looking for three African-American suspects who burglarized two separate Koreatown restaurants during business hours on Monday, reported K-Cal9 News.

According to authorities, the three suspects distracted the understaffed restaurant employees at Chef Kang Sul Box and Shuto, both located on Wilshire Blvd.

They got away with about $2,800 in cash from Shuto and $3,500 from Chef Kang Sul Box, along with credit cards, checks, car keys, and both restaurant keys.

Most restaurants across the country have been struggling financially because of the coronavirus, Koreatown not being the exception.
